Social Media Executive

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Media Executive to join the team at GenderGP. The successful applicant will be working closely with our comms team to develop and expand our community. You will be responsible for managing the day to day implementation of our campaigns across all social media channels with a particular focus on Instagram and LinkedIn. You will support with developing key metrics and reports on performance. Activity will include creating, curating and managing the distribution of all published content (images, video, blog posts and podcasts), conducting online advocacy, identifying relevant content topics that resonate with our community and alerting the team to relevant news, content and developments, in real time. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong empathy for our target audience, have great attention to detail, be pro-active and deliver results.

Administration Officer

We also have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join the team. The successful applicant will carry out a range of administrative tasks so you should have extensive experience, including recording data on a database, producing letters, processing payments, checking payments have been received, processing the post, etc. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a strong empathy for our target audience, have great attention to detail, be pro-active and deliver results. You will also need to be accurate, have great numeracy skills, and excellent keyboard skills. If you believe you would be an asset to our team, have the above skills and experience, and can do a great job for our patients, we want to hear from you.

Research Assistant

GenderGP is dedicated to improving the healthcare provision to trans people and part of our commitment is to contribute to research that will help improve the understanding of trans people’s needs and to promote safe health and wellbeing. We are looking for someone who has experience in writing academic health and social care papers, to help with authorship and analysis of the data.

All positions are remote and worked from home. Meetings are held via online video systems and only very occasional travel to a central location is required for team meetings, at most twice a year. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered for these. You will need to have a reliable computer or laptop which is used by you solely plus access to secure, fast broadband.
